There is a “Great Reset” being forced upon our world by elites, corporations, and corrupt politicians. At the same time there is a “Great Gaslight” that has been psychologically used to manipulate and confuse citizens of nations across the globe.

The term gaslighting derives from the 1938 play and 1944 film Gaslight, in which a husband manipulates his wife into thinking she has a mental illness by dimming their gas-fueled lamps and telling her she is hallucinating. Gaslighting is a form of psychological abuse where a person or group makes someone question their sanity, perception of reality, or memories. People experiencing gaslighting often feel confused, anxious, and unable to trust themselves.[1] Gaslighting is normally manifested where the manipulator will boldly lie to their victims and never back down or change their stories, even when you provide proof of their deception.[2] Gaslighters will also attempt to discredit their opponents by shaming, creating false accusations, or by claiming epistemological authority. Lately, Gaslighting has been used by those that support Critical Race Theory to discredit those that have objected to the use of CRT at public school board meetings, educational institutions, religious institutions, and in the corporate world.

In each of these affinity groups, the opponents of Critical Race Theory are told that CRT is not being taught in their institutions. While this assertion is a blatant lie, there is an aspect of it that is marginally true. It isn’t so much that CRT is being taught, as it is that CRT is being done in each of these institutions. When this identity-based ideology is infused and practiced in nearly every facet of an organization, it is accurate to define its current state of affairs as Critical Race Praxis.

As was stated by Dr. James Lindsay at New Discourses:

“What’s happening in our schools? It’s obvious to everyone that Critical Race Theory (and the other Theories of Critical Social Justice) have been incorporated into them at virtually every level and in most subjects all across the nation, but the line is that “Critical Race Theory isn’t being taught in our schools.” To unpack this lie, we have to understand that Critical Theories require praxis, so while the formal and narrow theory of Critical Race Theory may not be being taught in specific, Critical Race Praxis (CRaP) is throughout our schools. It was brought in by Critical Pedagogy, which is the application of Critical Theory to education, which also requires the implementation of Theory, which is known as “praxis.” Once you understand this, it’s far easier to understand one of the big reasons that (classical) liberals are so ineffective at fighting back against Critical Theories and other forms of Critical Philosophy: it’s because they think the argument is about ideas rather than implementation. Praxis is the religious duty of Critical Theorists, and they can keep liberals busy arguing about whether or not the Theory should be taught or banned or not taught or not banned or its details or whatever other thing that doesn’t matter while they still go forward applying Theory via praxis in whatever setting.”

Over the past four years, Sovereign Nations has been faithful in informing its reading and listening audience about the overt attempts at a cultural, political, and economic revolution that would eventually be manifesting itself in our nation and our world. Our concerns were first articulated in 2017 when we publicly warned folks about the coming ideological cancer known as Critical Race Theory and the attempts to fracture our nation and society. Typical responses would be to accuse Sovereign Nations and its authors of being “paranoid conspiracy theorists” or to claim that we were in some way misunderstanding the issues surrounding postmodernism, critical theory, and the host of other ideologies that make up a dangerous ideological stew. This is an example of what is known as “gaslighting.”

In this episode of The Great Gaslight, Michael O’Fallon and James Lindsay peel back the layers of deception and manipulation to reveal the shell game used by those that are seeking to overturn our society.

Love these conversations you two have! They are so necessary to help educate busy parents just trying to raise a family, but know something is terribly wrong in their children’s schools. Your wealth of knowledge and generosity in sharing it is heroic! Thank you. Looking forward to learning more, because there is so much more to learn!

This is true. While CRT may not be in the Curriculum Standards , it can most certainly be implemented in the classroom by any teacher who aligns herself/himself with it by stating opinions rather than facts, bulletin boards, classroom discussions, assignments etc.
Teach our children HOW to think, not WHAT to think!
