We are in the process of transitioning from an analog, objective, real, physical world into a digital, subjective, surreal world.

In that transition into a digital subjective world, we are experiencing a transformation of what is accepted as reality, when it isn’t reality: it is synthetic.

In this discussion enters Jean Beaudriallard and his understanding of hyperreality the creation of synthetic reality, which is not reality at all: it is the creation of something that is more real than real.

It is beyond propaganda, but propaganda is certainly utilized.

It is the creation of simulacra and simulation.

And in this world of simulacra, we are being told to ignore objective reality and embrace hyperreality: an unreality that has no connection with that which it claims to represent.

Our way of life, our media, our news and our body politic are now guided by the ever-changing synthetic world of the hyperreal.

Hyperreal is defined by Dr. James Lindsay as “more real than real” or not bearing any true qualities to the original.

As we examine the world around us, we begin to suspiciously consider that the world in which we live in is undergoing a major cultural transformation—one leading to a widespread lack of stability, an increase in moral relativism, and a rejection of objective truth.

For sure you are articulating things I have been perceiving for a while now. Oh how I love my real life so much. I don’t bring my phone when I take a walk or go for coffee or a meal. I want to be totally immersed in real time. And I agree how they are superimposing a false reality through social media and main stream media. If people want to believe this meta universe is better than real life , I pity them . And they are running huge game through social media and mainstream media, huge false narratives , playing the race card and the pandemic false narratives. My god , they are coming out now, some scientific studies that say the lockdowns , exported by the CCP , pimped by WHO , were wrong and the worse thing not the right thing. For gods sake is anyone going to be held responsible for ruining multi millions lives, while the tech giants who pushed these false narratives, and invested politicly in people pushing their agendas, got ridiculously rich in this period…..and the masses don’t care…? Because if they cared , their would be masses in the streets about that.

Interesting how your energy has shifted from the critique on white supremacy and hegemonic power, to concerns with the virtual and synthetic world. What is your main point? You have become circular.

Michael teaches on a wide range of topics, but there are foundational shifts in the culture which he wisely exposes. This article exposes what happens when Biblical truth leaves a culture that a new reality can be created to invoke a totalitarian society. There in people live in a simulated world, no longer recognizing reality. This has nothing to do with race. The Biblical view on race is that there is one human physical race(read your Bible) and two spiritual races.
