The resignation of Governor Andrew Cuomo of New York has resulted in celebrations across our nation from both conservatives and liberals hoping to rid themselves from the ever-growing news storm around the Governor. 

But something was missing throughout the entire saga of Andrew Cuomo, nursing home genocides and misconduct allegations: due process.

Where was the Department of Justice while tens of thousands of elderly men and women were consigned to their deaths? Where was the careful and sober sifting through allegations from women associated with Andrew Cuomo over the past several years?  Why did both situations supposedly result in a lack of constitutional, legal justice?

Justice was served, but not a justice derived from a constitutional legal system. “Social justice” was served in our brave new dystopia.
